- How much consulting time is left in my package?
We’ll alert you via Slack when you have used all of your package time. To check in on usage at any point throughout the month, just email support@learntomakeaproduct.com. - Does my consulting time roll over?
No, time does not carry over month-to-month. In order to make our service work we must have adequate time available for all active members each month. If multiple people let time carry over and then try to use it in the same month, our service would not be sustainable! - How do I cancel or change my plan?
You can make all changes from the Account Page, including updating payment info, reseting your login credentials, or canceling your plan. Please note, we will keep your slack channel open for 30 days after you cancel. - If I cancel my plan mid-month, can I still use my remaining time?
Absolutely! Your plan will remain active for the duration of your monthly cycle. - I tried to book a call using the scheduler but there is not a time slot that fits my schedule.

Most people take 6-12 months to see significant progress on their idea, and launch within 12-18 months. These are averages; everyone has a different timeline!
