What is Slack/Set Up Instructions
Slack is a platform where you can ask questions and receive support from Liz and our team via your own private messaging channel. Many people prefer it over traditional email, as you can view all of your conversations in one place (and keyword search the thread). This eliminates the need to dig through emails for information, or ask the same question twice.
Within 1 business day, you'll receive an email with the subject line: "Learn To Make A Product has invited you to join a Slack workspace". Please click the link in this email to set up a Slack account. Once you do so, you will be able to access your private channel, which will display as your name on the left hand side of the screen.
Please note, your Slack invite will be sent to the email address used in your payment information. Once you've created a Slack account, you can update your email preferences. Please make sure to check the Promotions or Updates folders if you have Gmail.
